Referral Bonuses

Any active employee that brings in a referral will receive a bonus after the new employee has worked 250 hours.

CNA = $100

LPN = $150

RN = $200

RT,PT, PTA, OT, COTA = $250

NOTE: Referral requirements include: 1year of RECENT related work experience and current licensure.
